Anne Demangel - Water Treatment Processes Technician

Anne is a laboratory technician who holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, with an option in industrial chemistry, from the University Paul Sabatier, in Toulouse. 

She joined Total in 1990 to work as a laboratory technician in the mineral chemistry, filtration, crystallization laboratory of the Lacq Research Group. In 1991, Anne moved on to the Polymer department, where she conducted research on new qualities of polyethylene and polypropylene, worked on gas and liquid phase pilot studies, and supervised the analytical and operating equipment.

Since 1997, Anne has been working as laboratory technician in the environment department of the Platform for Experimental Research in Lacq. She manages the optimization of water treatment techniques both in the laboratory and in pilot projects, as well as analytical monitoring. She runs audits on water treatment systems and on the commissioning of membrane pilot projects.
